ECG Wave Delineation
Trnová, Kateřina ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the detailed measurement of one cycle of the ECG signal. data samples of the beginning and end of major sections of this cycle are obtained from the values referred to in the database TESTRO. There is found a representative cycle. The text describes basic types of measuremend intervals, principles of multiple methods of measurement and description of the implemented program. Algorithm for measurement of functional units of ECG cycle signal, which was designed, is based on the detection of trend growth, of the field of signal using the first difference. Functionality was tested on a standard CSE database.
Automatic delineation of ECG signals
Zimolka, Jakub ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
This project describes selected methods of the QRS detection and ECG delineation. The theoretical part describes the principles of electrocardiography, certain QRS complex measurment methods, and contains a brief introduction into the wavelet transform theory. The paper also detailes the ECG delineation method by Laguna, Jané, and Caminal. The practice of algorith realization for the ECG delineation based on this method is ilustrated. As a conclusion, the statistical evaluation of the drafted algorithm is composed, and also its respective comparison with method and other authors is provided.
Detection of QRS complexes in ECG signals
Zhorný, Lukáš ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the detection of QRS complexes from electrocardiograms using time-frequency analysis. Detection procedures are based on wavelet and Stockwell transform. The theoretical part describes the basics of electrocardiography, then introduces common approaches to time-frequency analysis, such as short-time Fourier transform (STFT), wavelet transform and Stockwell transform. These algorithms were tested on a set of electrograms from the MIT-BIH and CSE-MO1 arrhythmia database. For the CSE database worked best the method based on the wavelet transform with the filter bank Symlet4, with the resulting value of sensitivity 100 % and positive predictivity 99.86%. For the MIT database had the best performance the detector using the Stockwell transform with values of sensitivity 99.54% and positive predictivity 99.68%. The results were compared with the values of other authors mentioned in the text.
Delineation of experimental ECG data
Hanzelka, Adam ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with an analysis of principles of ECG signals detection and delineation. The theoretical part describes heart electrophysiology and electrocardiography basics. Next, the most important QRS detection and ECG delineation algorithms are introduced. Especially the wavelet transform methods are described. In the practical part proper delineation algoriythm was realized. It was tested on the standard CSE database, then it was modified on data of isolated rabbit heartsand the results are published in the conclusion.
ECG Wave Delineation
Šlof, Michael ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This master thesis named “Measuring of ECG signals” is focused on detailed description of resting signals of ECG, which are derived from known positions of the start and the end of the wave P, complex QRS, and wave T. For this purpose we used classic twelve lead in ECG signals from CSE database, which consisted of 250 measurement records. Outcome of this work will be an algorithm capable of classifying chosen heat anomalies, as well as study which will evaluate quality of this algorithm from statistical standpoint. This study will also carry out statistical calculations concerning most common heart anomalies. These materials could be used as a software support for cardiologists.

Trnová, Kateřina ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the detailed measurement one cycle of the ECG signal from the known beginning and end of each major wave of this cycle of the values listed in the database TESPRO. Another objective of this work is to find a representative cycle. The text describes the basic types of measurement intervals, principles of multiple methods of measurement and description of the program, which was implemented. Algorithm for Measurement of function-al units cycle of ECG signal, which was designed based on the detection of trend growth in the field of signal using first differences. Functionality was tested on a standard database CSE.
Removing methods of power line interference in ECG signals
Herodes, Jakub ; Janů, Joshua (referee) ; Smital, Lukáš (advisor)
The thesis is comparing efficiency of digital linear and nonlinear filtration used for removing power line interference from ECG signals. For testing was used database of CSE, containing 3750 ECG signals. After adding simulated power line interference into the clear ECG signal come comparing the efficiency of filters by average output signal to noise ratio.
Detection of QRS complex in experimental ECG data
Bucsuházy, Kateřina ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
This Bachelor work deals with QRS complex detection. The theoretical part of the presented work is focused on summary of selected methods of QRS complex detection. There is described in detail wavelet transform, which is used for realization of QRS complex detector in Matlab. Specifically is used redundant dyadic discrete wavelet transform and biorthogonal wavelet with odd symmetry bior1.5. The algorithm was evaluated on the standard CSE database. The detector was modified to be able to detect QRS complexes in experimental data.
